Reservations

• Reservations can be made online, in person, or by telephone.
• Please arrive on time for your reservation. We offer a 20-minute grace period, after which your table may be released without notice.
• We may require a valid credit or debit card to secure certain bookings.
• For parties of eight guests or more, a discretionary 10% service charge will be added to the final bill.
• Any special requests, celebrations, allergies, or dietary requirements should be communicated at the time of booking. While we will always do our best to accommodate requests, these cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation & Amendment Policy

• We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or amend a standard reservation.
• Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the reservation time, or failure to attend (no‑show), may incur a cancellation charge, typically £10 per person, depending on party size and booking type.
• Reduction in guest numbers within 24 hours of the booking time may also result in a charge.

Festive & Special Event Bookings

• For festive periods and special events, including but not limited to Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve, a deposit is required to secure your booking.
• All festive and event deposits are strictly non‑refundable and non‑transferable, including in cases of cancellation, amendment, reduction in guest numbers, or non‑attendance.
• Where a minimum spend applies, this will be communicated at the time of booking and enforced on the day.

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
• A discretionary service charge of 10% may be added to food and beverage bills.
• We accept payment by cash, debit card, credit card, and other approved payment methods.
• We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice.

Gift Cards

• Gift cards are available for purchase and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
• Gift cards are non‑refundable, non‑transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

Guest Conduct & Behaviour

• We expect all guests to behave respectfully towards our team and other diners.
• Abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service or removal from the premises without refund.
• Aurum Restaurant reserves the right to refuse service at management’s discretion.

Health, Safety & Hygiene

• We are committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene at all times.
• Guests must comply with any health and safety procedures in place during their visit.
• We reserve the right to update safety measures in line with current regulations.

Personal Belongings

 Aurum Restaurant accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.

Allergies and Dietary Requirements

• Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking.

• While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen‑free environment due to the nature of our kitchen operations.

Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurum Restaurant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damages arising from your use of our website or services.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
